Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping to the entire Continental US.

For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we charge $19.99 for Standard Shipping (5–7 Days).

PO boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping methods and only able to be delivered via USPS.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer International Shipping or shipping to:

• Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
• US protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, VI, MI, etc.)

Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ufooro.vip with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
